Maryland Based Company Offers Life-Saving Technology to the Region

August 16, 2007 - (Baltimore, MD) Maryland-based 1ST Electric, Inc. has recently launched an infrared thermography service, a state-of-the-art technology sure to increase safety standards in our region's businesses.

The benefits of infrared thermography include preventing problems early, prevents downtime, and diminishes energy costs and for these reasons this has sparked interest from many in the region. 1st Electric has already acquired several large contracts to perform scans and any necessary subsequent repairs. Among other private and government contracts, the company recently initiated a partnership with international property management group, Liberty Properties Trust, which boasts over 700 office and industrial properties throughout the U.S. and the U.K. The 1st Electric team will begin performing scans and repairs of Liberty Properties Trust owned properties later this summer.

The company anticipates a remarkable demand for the service as property owners and managers learn more about the benefits of the scans, and the danger of foregoing them.
