CEO of IES Communications and Board of Director for IES, responsible
for the restructuring of a $200 million IES company with 4 regional
offices and approximately 600 employees.

Regional Operating Officer for IES, responsible for 9 IES
subsidiary companies in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast with
approximately $200 million in revenue and 2000 employees. Also
had dual responsibility as President of Primo Electric Company.

President of Primo Electric Company, an IES subsidiary. During
this period Primo Electric grew from $15 million to $47 million
in revenue with operating income margins of 11%, which were
consistently in the 1st quartile rankings of the 87 IES subsidiary
companies.

President & Owner of Primo Electric Company, a privately-owned
company. During this time, the company grew from approximately
$2.5 million in revenue with 30 employees to $15 million with
125 employees before being sold to IES.

Vice President of Primo Electric Company, responsible for
all estimating, project management and purchasing. Received
Master Electrical License in 1988.

Various positions with Primo Electric Company, starting as
a truck driver at age 19, laborer, apprentice, electrician,
foreman, estimator and project manager.

OTHER BUSINESS ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Co-founded PrimeNet, a network infrastructure company, with
three prior Bell Atlantic employees. PrimeNet was started and
solely funded as a division of Primo Electric. It became its
own entity in May of 1998, after quickly growing to approximately
$8 million in revenue, entered into a Letter of Intent with
IES in January of 1999 and a Definitive Purchase Agreement in
May of 1999.

Co-founded and solely funded Gilford Corporation, a privately
owned general contracting firm. Upon selling my 33% interest
to my two partners in August of 1999, due to potential conflict
issues with IES, Gilford had approximate revenues of $35 million,
had worked in several foreign countries and had been awarded
numerous awards for one of the fastest growing small businesses
in the Washington metro area.

Founded and solely funded Primo Lighting Management (PLM)
as a division of Primo Electric Company. PLM, Inc was formed
in May of 1993 with Mr. Douglas Townsley, who became an equal
partner. PLM was recognized as “The Lighting Management
Company of the Year” by the EPA Green Lights Program.
My majority interest was sold in March 2003 to Mr. Townsley
due to potential conflict issues with IES.
